One of the most important aspects of a new construction or remodeling project is the product specifications. Product specifications identifies and “specifies” everything in the home. Product specification involves determining requirements for and selection of: products used in the home such as flooring, appliances, counter tops, plumbing fixtures, cabinet hardware; all wall finishes and colors; materials used for window treatments; lighting; etc.
