Homeowners browsing a furniture store often don’t realize the options they have in fabric when working with a designer. To save money many furniture stores will pre-order four to five different color and fabric options and offer only those choices to their customers. For example, consumers can feel limited and find themselves either choosing a fabric they don’t like because they prefer the style of furniture or they may choose furniture that isn’t their favorite because they can’t get the piece they love in the fabric they want.
